Free Whale offers the following products:
• Physical Services: Such as Content creation (Photography/ Videography) 

• Digital Services such as: SEO, SEA, Web Design and Social media Management 

3. Payment Methods
We accept all payment methods supported by Peach Payments on our Wix website,
including:
• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Instant EFT

Your payment will be processed securely by direct bank transfer. By making a purchase, you
agree to comply with the payment terms set out by the in house terms.

4. Pricing and Taxes
All prices that will be charged through our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable
taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price that is
Displayed on the invoice at the time of your purchase.


5. Refunds and Returns
We strive to deliver the highest quality photo prints. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase due to a defect or incorrect item, you may request a refund within 14 days of
receiving your order. To request a refund, please contact us at
photographyholm@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Refunds
will be processed upon receiving the returned item in its original condition. Please note
that shipping costs are non-refundable.
